How To Lucid Dream: What is Lucid Dreaming? - How to Lucid?

Lucid Dream: What is Lucid Dreaming? is built from soft ambient layers. Music and frequency layers share the same bed.

Nothing in the mix pushes forward. The layers hang in place and leave room around them.

It is meant for the edge of sleep, when you want a calm soundtrack and room for imagery. The mood stays soft enough to leave playing without demanding a close listen. Set the level so it fills the room, then leave it alone.
