Refund policy

Digital products. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once a file has been downloaded.

If your download fails, the file is corrupted, the wrong file was delivered, or the product is not as described, contact us at contact@brainwavemusic.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We will re-send the file or issue a full refund.
